Utility Asset Health Watch Cloud

IntelliWork, based on its decade long expertise in Utility sector, helped realize one of the largest utility Smart Meter Vendor, for setting up Assets (Smart Meters) Health Watch Platform. Multiple data feeds from IoT Platform and monitoring in Smart Meter Operation Center, helps generate timely service requisition, there by enabling continuous business operations. Following process monitoring was developed as part of complete Platform roll-out:

1. Assets’ health data (15-min interval and site notifications) gets collected in an on-Premises IoT Platform
2. Assets’ health data undergoes business data validation in Asset Health Watch Cloud, based on either of already setup rules or machine learning algorithms *
3. After validation, Smart Meter Operation Center (SMOC) operators cross-verifies such data anomalies. If required, service requisitions are generated in Assets Health Platform
4. Field Technicians are assigned relevant work orders, based on skills and geographical location
5. Field Technicians perform services “encounter” on assigned orders and close those ones only in which corrective actions has been taken
6. SMOC verifies work and closes service requisitions, if satisfied or may repeat Step # 3 – 4 again
7. Work KPIs and dashboard(s) are reflected to exactly quantify performance

Work on generation of Service requisitions on Predictive analytics is planned under Phase-II, once relevant rich data has been collected for each Asset Type and Customer profile.
